DHD-30L Blow Molding Machine General introduction
DHD-30L blow molding machine can be used for producing drums, tool boxes and hollow parts of all kinds materials of PE, PP, and ABS can be used. Its control system adopts closed loop control imported from Europe and hydraulic system is pressure-flow double proportional control equipped with variable plunger pump to ensure fast and smooth operation of the machine and energy consumption of the hydraulic system can be reduced by 30% or above, saving considerable electricity.
This blow moulding machine adopts new patent of two pull-rod type closing-mold device; double-folding accumulator head; extrusion device and product taking-out device, and entirely achieves full automatic production.
DHD-30L Blow Molding Machine Basic components
1. Die: Vertical first-in first-out structure
2. Extruder unit: Imported automatic temperature control module, with the screw driven by converter electrical machine and hard gear surface reducer to achieve infinite speed variation.
3. Clamping unit: Hydraulic fixed bi-directional clamping system with good stability.
4. Hydraulic system: Imported hydraulic unit and proportional control.
5. Electrical system: Germany PLC, world brand, electrical components
> This series is mainly applicable to the production of various packing barrels with PE and capacity between 10~160L,toolbox,motorcar parts such as gasoline tank,wind pipe and other large and medium-sized plastic hollow products.
> This series adopts new patent of two pull-rod type closing-mold device;double-folding accumulator head;extrusion device,equipped with complete blowing device and product taking-out device, and entirely achieves full automatic production.
> The electrical control system adopts Complete computer control to automatically conduct technical parameter optimization and trouble diagnosis with high control precision and good reliability.
> This series,completely designed and manufactured according to German standards of same model is the model with ration of performance to price at present.
